Elaborated with the black listán variety it is young, light and full of aromas, showing the typical characteristics of the variety and its elaboration. Clean strawberry colour with purplish hues. High aromatic intensity. The ripe raspberry, strawberry and boned red fruits notes stand out. With an oral and mineral touch as a reminder of the variety. In the mouth it is tasty, joyful and balanced. Fruity and pleasant finish where the fruits aromas stand out again. Medium and persistent body with a fine palate. Great structure and persistence, that make it an unusual and personal rosé.
