Fragrant, aromatic, floral, violet flower, mature black fruit, tight texture,high concentration and intensity, fluidity, clena, shiny. It is soft, it caress the palate with black fruit quite concentrated…Fresh, not acid.

Delicate textures
Very open, fragrant, with a touch of elegant wood, “on the natural side”, well constructed, delicate and with an unique style. Fine and of splendid texture, mineral. Open and complex. Not a strong wine, but a refined one. Authentic, although a bit “dirty”. If a better definition is reached this can be a great wine.

Volcanic maturity exaltation |
Slightly spirituous, the ripe grape is noticeable: this is one of La Orotava’s greatest wines, with a quite different style. In mouth is wide, with sweet tannins, very oily, creamy. It has weight but it’s not extracted. Juciy. Quite concentrated and black fruits. A different style.
